Bar Services:
Brick South provides bar services for all events. We have comprehensive bar packages that include all bar ware and professional bartenders to choose from with Portland Maine's booming local craft beers and signature cocktails. Our bar manager and staff will work with you closely to tailor the bar offerings that best suits the needs of your important event.
Catering:
We are proud to work with local catering talent to provide our guests with an excellent level of quality, variety and value for their special event. Our partners include; 111 Maine Catering, Big Tree Catering, The Black Tie Company, Blue Elephant Catering, Bread & Butter Catering, Dandelion Catering Company, and Fire & Company. Our guests also have the option to bring in a caterer outside of this preferred list with a one-time kitchen buy-out fee of $3,000.
The Brick South Beverage Program features a variety of options for your event at Brick South and our other venues at Thompson’s Point. Choose premium or house brand liquors; a selection of imported, domestic and craft beers; and our featured or signature wines served from our bar.

HOSTED BAR BY CONSUMPTION
Premium or house brand liquor, selection of imported, domestic and craft beer, featured or signature wine and soft drinks; charges based upon the number of drinks consumed during the specified time period.
