All food vendors are required to obtain and have at time of sale current State of Maine and City of Portland licensure and health inspection records. Insurance is required. All contracts negotiated separately. Dates and scheduling are subject to change due to weather events or the State Theatre Concert series finalization. The Thompson's Point Summer Sunset Series sees a regular guest attendance of between 1500 and 2000 guests per evening and is considered a major event series. Because of this, all liquor sales, consumption, food service, security and operational oversight, sponsorship and marketing is managed by the Thompson's Point team. Load-in begins at 3:00pm and ends at 3:45pm with no late admittance. Event begins at 4PM and vendors are required to stay for the duration of the event. Vendor locations are determined exclusively by Thompson's Point. Any failure to meet contract terms during the course of the series may result in dismissal from future event dates. All vendors are required to meet Thompson's Point COVID-19 protocols, which may change at any time.
