A striking industrial space with soaring ceilings and plenty of flexibility, Brick South offers a distinctive setting for weddings, galas, corporate events, and large-scale gatherings.
The depot pavillion
A recognizable part of the Portland landscape, The Depot Pavilion is a massive open-air gathering space at the heart of Thompson’s Point. Seen from the highway and even on approach into Portland, it has become a familiar backdrop for concerts, celebrations, private rink rentals, community events, and large-scale gatherings.
MINI DEPOT
Mini Depot is a more intimate outdoor setting for celebrations that don’t need a massive footprint. It works especially well for company gatherings, showers, ceremonies, welcome parties, and smaller private events. The space feels relaxed and approachable, with enough flexibility to dress it up, keep it casual, or build something completely your own.
